The Director of Finance has ultimate responsibility for the Foundation’s financial oversight, the accounting process, and regulatory compliance. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing operating and capital budgets, preparing revenue and expense forecasts, estimating minimum distribution amounts, recording all financial transactions, assuring compliance with GAAP and all applicable regulatory requirements, audit and risk management, and treasury functions.
